Bullet Force has seven game modes, 4 Main ones and 3 Special ones.
Team Deathmatch, Conquest, Free-for-all and Gun Game are the main ones.
Hardcore TDM, Hardcore FFA and VIP are the special modes.
Practice Mode is the only offline game mode.

- Matches of Hardcore game modes and VIP are rarely found at all. This shows that it is unpopular with the Bullet Force community.
- There used to be an 'EVENT' Gamemode where it was certain weapons only EX. Snipers only, Lmg only, Pistols only Etc. The Event tab was removed when VIP and hardcore game modes were added.
- However, players can create matches and allow/disallow the use of specific weapons, and choose the mode and map.
- Sometimes when entering a match it will say that the server is full and send you back to the menu screen. It is unknown if this a bug.
